These four Monitorimi versions address different monitoring needs. Features, availability and support arrangements must be confirmed for the selected device and service.
Everyday support for older adults and people with disabilities
Monitorimi Care is intended for older adults and people with disabilities who may want additional support at home or in the community. Decisions should begin with the person’s preferences, independence and consent wherever applicable, rather than an assumption that monitoring is necessary.
Depending on the selected model and service, options may include GPS location, an SOS request, fall-related alerts and agreed-area notifications. Some configurations may also support indoor location assistance. A person might use an SOS control to request help during a walk, while an agreed alert could prompt a trusted contact to check in when a usual routine changes.
Limits and response arrangements
A fall-related alert may miss a fall or activate when no fall has occurred. Location information may be incomplete, and alerts are useful only when someone has agreed to receive and act on them. These tools do not replace personal care, regular contact or emergency services.
How Assistive Center can help
Assistive Center can help the person and their chosen supporters compare accessible controls, wearing comfort and everyday usability. We can also help them frame questions about who sees their information, how alerts are handled and which features are included in a proposed model or service. A clear support plan matters as much as the device itself.
Assistive Center presents products and services from related companies as part of its educational work. Ask who supplies each option and how they are connected to AC.
